One of the great things about working with Lovell Homes is that no two developments are the same. This means each one lets us create highly targeted branding and associated comms that highlight its unique personality and offering – all while still maintaining Lovell’s strong brand essence. A great example of this is Phoenix Quarter which we’ve recently had the pleasure of working on.
This stunning new development, as the name suggests, marks the next exciting phase in the acclaimed transformation of Pendleton in Salford. It was therefore our task to create an identity for the development, followed by marketing material that was every bit as modern, bold and dynamic as the regeneration of the area.
The result was the creation of a highly distinctive design that encapsulated Phoenix Quarter’s positive sense of rebirth and renewal. This was then supported by a digital brochure and email campaign as well as a state-of-the-art 3D fly-through and virtual tour of the finished development, so prospective homebuyers could get a real feeling of being there.
In addition to all this, we produced an inspiring installation featuring giant wings drawn by local school children that allowed people to interact with it by taking selfies to share on social media. Karl Lakin, Creative Director at On Fire, commented, “Phoenix Quarter is an inspiring new development in the heart of Salford. It was our task to bring this to life at every touchpoint so that homebuyers saw it as the vibrant new place to call home.”
We’re delighted to say that at the time of writing this, Phoenix Quarter has only one plot left. Chances are that as you’re reading this news story, it will have gone.
